This policy explains how ANV Tech Services & Trading FZE (“ANV Tech”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you use this website or contact us through it. We handle personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “UAE Data Protection Law”).
1. Who we are
ANV Tech Services & Trading FZE is a free zone establishment with its office at C1-1F-SF4727, Ajman FZ, C1 Building, Ajman, United Arab Emirates. 2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you complete the request form we collect:
- your full name (required)
- your email address (required)
- your message (required)
- your company name, your phone number and the service you are interested in (optional)
We also receive whatever you choose to tell us when you email or call us.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical information when you visit, including your IP address, your browser and device type, the pages requested, and the date and time. We use this only to deliver, secure and maintain the website.
What we do not want. Please do not send us sensitive information such as identity or passport numbers, bank or payment card details, or health, religious or political information. This website does not ask you to create an account.
3. Why we use your information
- to read and reply to your request, including preparing quotes and proposals
- to communicate with you about the services and products you ask about
- to keep the website secure and to filter out spam and abuse
- to keep records and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations
We process your information with your consent, which you give when you submit the form after being shown this policy. We also process it where necessary to respond to your request or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and where the law requires it.
We use your contact details to reply to your request. We will not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising. We do not make decisions that significantly affect you by automated means alone, other than the automatic spam filtering of form submissions described below.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with providers who help us run this website and our business, and only as needed for that purpose:
- Netlify, Inc. (United States) hosts this website, receives and stores form submissions, and sends them to us by email. Netlify uses an automated spam-filtering service (Akismet), which therefore also processes form submissions.
- Microsoft Corporation provides our business email (Microsoft 365), where messages from the form and your emails to us are received and stored.
- Google LLC supplies the fonts used on this website. Your browser requests them directly from Google, which therefore receives your IP address and browser information.
We may also disclose personal data where the law requires it, in response to a lawful request from a competent authority, or to protect our legal rights.
5. Transfers outside the UAE
Some of these providers are based outside the UAE or store data on servers outside the UAE, including in the United States. When you submit the form, your information is therefore transferred outside the UAE. We choose established providers that publish data protection and security commitments, and we transfer personal data outside the UAE only as the UAE Data Protection Law permits. By submitting the form you acknowledge and agree to this transfer.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your form submission and our correspondence with you for as long as needed to deal with your request and any resulting business relationship, and normally for no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you. If we do business together, we keep the records we need for contractual, accounting, tax and legal purposes for as long as the law requires. We review and delete form submissions on a regular basis, after which we delete or anonymise the data. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider only for as long as its own policies allow.
7. How we protect it
This website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Form submissions are stored by our provider in a secure database, and access to our email and to the website account is limited to authorised people. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a personal data breach affects you, we will notify you and the UAE Data Office as the law requires.
8. Your rights
Under the UAE Data Protection Law, and subject to the conditions and exceptions it sets out, you may:
- ask whether we hold your personal data and obtain information about how we use it
- receive a copy of the personal data you gave us, in a commonly used format
- ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- ask us to delete your data
- ask us to restrict how we use your data
- object to our processing of your data, including processing by automated means
- withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew, and we may need to keep some information where the law requires it
To exercise any of these rights, email info@anvtechservices.com with the subject “Privacy request” and tell us what you need. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with the period required by law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the UAE Data Office.
9. Cookies and tracking
We do not use cookies, advertising or analytics tools on this website, and we do not track you across other websites. The Contact page links to Google Maps, which opens separately and is governed by Google’s own privacy policy. We will update this policy before we add any analytics or similar tools.
10. Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make material changes, we will make this clear on the website.
